Known for her ability to embed a lasting culture of quality within organizations, Adrienne combines deep technical expertise in HACCP, GFSI, and GMPs with practical, results-driven strategies that protect consumer trust and brand integrity.

    Her career includes leadership roles such as Director of Product Development, Director of Quality, Director of Operations, and Executive and R&D Chef within wholesale and food service manufacturing. Adrienne’s diverse experience in system integration, facility openings, and compliance management provides her with a rare perspective that bridges operational execution with regulatory excellence.

Stephanie is a certified internal auditor and began her career working in high-risk USDA-regulated categories such as ice cream, cheese, and other dairy products.

    She has a strong command of sanitary design, sanitation validation, lean manufacturing, and regulatory frameworks for GMP and GFSI, particularly for international imports and supplier compliance.
